Should we go passively through life, going with its daily ups and downs, letting circumstances control our emotions? Should we react with anger when faced with mistreatment, criticism or abuse? Recently several news organizations have been suggesting that the institution of marriage is obsolete. But, I do not think they really know what they are talking about because the problems we see taking place in society are more symptomatic of faults and character deficiencies that are spiritual in nature.
