Will the World End in 2012?

You were made alive when you were dead in transgressions and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the powers of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience; Ephesians 2:1-2
But we received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is from God, that we might know the things that were freely given to us by God. Which things also we speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things. Now
The Lord Wants to be Your Source

I remember back in October 2001 I had been living in Corozal Town, Belize for two and a half years and felt that now was the time for me to get my own computer. After making arrangements with a computer seller down in Belize city I withdrew money from my savings and drove eighty miles to pick up my new PC.
Yet while I was making the return trip to Corozal Town I began to feel apprehensive about my purchase. I wondered if I had done the right thing with the money I had saved. Would I need that money in
A Daily Expectation

LORD, in the morning you shall hear my voice. In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and will watch expectantly. Psalm 5:3
When you wake up and get out of bed each morning, what kind of expectations do you have concerning the new day?
- Are you dreading the tasks that you will be dealing with?
- Are you worried about your current circumstances?
- Are you grieved about disappointments and losses in your life?
Four Keys to Victory in 2012

Get ready for victory in your life, in your home and in your community in 2012. For the Lord wants to prove himself to you; to demonstrate that he is your source. Here are four keys that if you will follow them will bring about the victory you desire in 2012.
1. Adopt a new perspective. First see yourself differently. You are not the ordinary or average person that you think that you are. There is something different about you. You are the one with an answer for those who are suffering; for those you are seeking the answer to problems,
Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!

Let us who follow Christ take time this Christmas to consider and give thanks to God for his indescribable gift of his Son to us (2 Corinthians 9:15). Through whom we have received forgiveness our our sin, eternal life and so much more. Christ is the source for our lives. We can count on him to guide us, to protect us and supply our needs. Through him we have purpose for our lives. We can even find restoration when we suffer defeat.
My you have a blessed this Christmas as we recognize Jesus as the source for all that we have
We have a Father!

The man went away, and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well. For this cause the Jews persecuted Jesus, and sought to kill him, because he did these things on the Sabbath. But Jesus answered them, “My Father is still working, so I am working, too.” For this cause therefore the Jews sought all the more to kill him, because he not only broke the Sabbath, but also called God his own Father, making himself equal with God. John 5:15-18
Today, let’s focus on Jesus and his relationship to his Father. Jesus, the Son of God,
Our Source for Reaching the World

Jesus came to them and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things which I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20
Have you noticed the world? It is out there all around us. Most of what we see is separated from God; separated from his love, from his anointing and from his
Our Source of Opportunity

I know your works (behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn’t deny my name. Revelation 3:8
Perhaps you are feeling depressed for the lack of opportunities available in your life. But, your situation does not have to stay that way because God is our source for opportunities for completing tasks, accomplishing goals and reaching our destines. What is important then, is not to be defeated by discouragement but to be prepared, alert and obedient for when the Lord
2012, Our Best Year Yet?

Soon the year 2011 will come to an end. For most people it has been a difficult and challenging year. And what of the new year to come? What is your’s and my expectation for 2012. Will it be another year like 2011? Or will 2012 be better; much batter? Yes, 2012 could be our best year yet! How do I know? Because I’m not only optimistic and positive about the 2012 but I’m also optimistic about the Lord and his word; that there will be great opportunities and great victories available to you and I when we maintain God
Flow!

...everything shall live wherever the river flows. Ezekiel 47:9
Jesus told us in John 10:10, “The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.” What then is the key to experiencing this abundant life that Jesus came to bring us? I think it has to do with recognizing that God is our source and that everything we need flows out our relationship with him. In Ezekiel 47:1-12 there is an interesting passage of scripture about a flow of water which comes from the temple of God that the prophet
